   I have been experiencing major ascension symptoms on and off for about 2 years now. I had major pressure headaches (also sore bones on my head and face) and unexplained spine pains, major skin rashes, sleep problems, waking up every 1-1.5 hrs and seeing 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44, 5:55, 6:66 pretty much every night… (BTW I also see triple and quadruple numbers everywhere many times a day, even on car license plates while I drive to/from work about 4-5 times every day). Ringing in left ear is very weird, mostly before sleep, it’s high pitch sound, not uniform, there are different patterns, kind of like a Morse code, I don’t have any idea what it means though… I feel very hot during mediations, and wake up at night burning hot (not like hot flashes, different). When I open my eyes after meditations, and also when waking up multiple times at night – I see multiple tiny things, like circles, or spirals, or cubes, various geometric shapes, very tiny and ton of them, in my whole field of view, they are kind of like energy static, sometimes they flash in and out, they are multicolor, like rainbow or all pastel colors, once I blink a few times they dissipate. When I look at the sky in nature, I see weird small floating transparent movements (kind of like liquid worms), like all the air is alive and thick. Sometimes I see haze and everything blurry… Oh, forgot about my teeth – very sensitive, sore gums, don’t look healthy any more although I have been doing more than usual to keep them healthy…

   Ok, feeling like my body is cleansing from the bottom up, big headache in the back of the head last night, woke me up. I never get headaches…..
