What we are healing is the ASTRAL PLANE 4D CLOSED LOOPS… we need to heal and unwind them back into zero point to bring that piece of us back into alignment, allowing us to gain back that part of us that has been lost for eons. When I talk about the “knots” or “wormholes” in my field + grids that I am always healing, this is what I mean… these 4th dimensional blockages can become any shape…. they are like “cords” in our body/energy fields.. similar to a muscle knot that makes us tense… the tension is caused from closed circuits of energy preventing the free flow of life force.
