Pretty sure i did. Why heart has been beating out of my chest the last few days. Yesterday i felt dizzy and almost like my arms and feet where not connecting to the floor, it got pretty intense lol!
@KG14 Ohhhh yeah for sure! Sounds like you are also having a good kundalini activation! When we do officially release from the 3D grids you will feel a permanent sense of floating like you are a hover car LOL so lose gravity… make sure to keep grounding these energies with movement and deep breathing… a salt bath can also help to discharge!
Ive felt it before but not as extreme. I thought maybe i was having a heart attack lol. Since then i almost feel better then before. re-energizes almost.
