  I’ve been a practitioner of kundalini yoga and meditation for about 8mo as well as a practitioner of psychedelics and it has been an amazing journey but this video helped me further because it didn’t seem to be a rising for me it was all instantly in my 6th and 7th Chakras but the shadow work and detoxification of the body came first. Thank you for the additional information

  Oh thank so much @Spaz would love to hear your insights too! I just know that it happened for me the same way as you… I had massive activation in upper chakras with no integration because of all my trauma made life real fun cause I had no ground LOL
