Hi i love this meditation/video i’m wondering do you need to watch the screen or can you keep eyes closed? or doesnt matter? i think the visuals is absolutely trippy i love it, but some times i feel tired and dont want to miss anything.,,. 🙂 story of my life i always would believe i was a day late.. lol thank you!
