    I’ve been a practitioner of kundalini yoga and meditation for about 8mo as well as a practitioner of psychedelics and it has been an amazing journey but this video helped me further because it didn’t seem to be a rising for me it was all instantly in my 6th and 7th Chakras but the shadow work and detoxification of the body came first. Thank you for the additional information
